It's pretty clear that 'they' (whoever they are but I'd guess the other Democratic Presidential candidates and their erstwhile supporters) are not trying to derail the Clark candidacy. They are really trying to stop me from having influence in the primary process.

I've donated more money to the Clark campaign than I can rightly afford. I've written over 200 letters to NH & SC voters. I've canvassed NH by phone. I've gone door to door and stood out in the cold to gather ballot petition signatures. Frankly, I've never been strongly motivated enough to do this before.

And what happens? Other candidates are trying to compete and wrest the nomination away from Wesley Clark. And from me! My voice will not be silenced!

Cheers to all those hardworking campaign supporters regardless of who you support. This is democracy! :toast:

3. Thanks
We're all in this together -- whether we like it our not! :-)

I think that all of the activism this campaign year is wonderful for the Democratic Party -- regardless of who wins the nomination. It has to help in Nov '04, if we don't completely lose our balance and sense of humor.

peace.

5. Hey Im a Dean supporter and I say you GO!****
What you are doing is getting involved in the political process whichI believe is what its about for me as well. In my opinion it is what every American should be doing in some form or fashion.

Bottom line. I believe its about Democracy and getting Americans involved, active and responsible for our country again.

I definitely think Clark inspires that and I love his energy and
aura (that how you spell it?).

I admire you. Sounds like you are siked and revved for his candidacy in a campaign and all the good things Clark is doing. I think hes a good man too and there are definitely a lot of people who are equally impressed.

That is how I feel about supporting Governor Dean. Im equally as hopeful and for me its nice to feel good about a candidate for a change. I actually, when I dont get too immersed in the threads around here, think we have a few great candidates to choose from.

I think there is some great, much needed fire and energy coming from most of our candidates. My only hope is that we will continue to put more focus on Republicans and the damage being done by their hands, than hurting our own.

Thats it. Keep up the good work.
