10. They still have Bush ahead
but they're giving him Wisconsin and Iowa, which I think Kerry will win.

3. How come electoral-vote.com seems to have stopped putting up
new results showing OH, FL in JK's favor, and is stuck with shrub with a substantial EV lead?

6. Yeah I guess I'm giving up on that guy. I thought he was trying to give
an impression of impartial or JK supporter. I think the model of adding the results of different polls/different times is not likely to be accurate but I just go to see the latest state poll results. But if he's not even going to put those up, then fughedaboutit.

5. I think Kerry was still running behind, but had picked up OH and NH
The interesting comment was the the WH had called CNN and begged them not to put Ohio in Kerry's column. They are scared. Ohio is ours, I've never had a doubt about that; but now the pubbies know it, too.

9. Did anyone catch that part about GOPers trying to influence the map?
The CNN analyst said that people within the Bush campaign tried to convince the people at CNN to keep Ohio in red despite CNN's polling data. That makes me wonder what kind of pressure they're putting on all these other pollsters, and what degree of success they've had in doing so.

11. I caught that. That was supposed to be Matthew Dowd asking the
pollster to keep Ohio in Bush's column. The reasoning being that since Kerry is pulling ads from W. Virginia and Ohio is the neighboring state, that should be in Bush's side as well. Wha..?

12. GOPPERS trying to influence CNN EV map?
Rove is spinning the pundits and the polls. I'd bet my ass on it.
If it weren't for Rove. Kerry wins in a landslide.

13. PerfectSage---when I read that little tidbit, I came to the same
conclusion. They know that these electoral maps and the polls are now part of the propaganda of the closing days. Get the other guy's supporters depressed and you keep enough home to win. Now I am convinced these pigs are leaning heavy on pollsters and media.

14. DemocracyInaction - Know your enemy.
Rove is now talking to the media on a daily basis and being friendly with them. I think that's why Mary Cheney and not GWB's OBL flipflop is the big 3rd debate news story. Rove is influencing what get's covered by the media this way.

Controlling the media into attacking Kerry keeps the race close. Controlling the polls influences the online electoral maps and makes the race look close.

Rove testified before the Plame grand jury today. I wonder if Bush/Cheney/Rove/Libby are getting desperate enough to "capture" OBL before 11/2.
