this year.

Right now, his 9-poll average vs. Kerry is  45.89%, or 2.49%
below his average 11-poll approval rating. 

He's dropping in both averages.

He can't get to 46% vs. Kerry and he can't get to 49%
approval.

That is warm toast.

Bush polls about 3% BELOW his approval rating, on average.
