2. Noon of Nov 2 (If there's no terror attack by then Kerry wins) |
|
A Bush-friendly attack would occur election day morning to supress turnout.

3. Personally I don't think it will be close enough for funny business |
|
People are fed up. The media is keeping the horserace going. I think Kerry will win by at least 7 points. Last week people at work started opening up, and the vast majority think Bush must go.

4. We might see another Florida recount |
|
Considering that Kerry and Bush are tied in Florida according to the latest polls, if on November 2nd the difference between them is as close as in 2000, we might see another statutorily mandated recount in Florida.
It might take another week to know who won the election.

5. Monday, November 1 front page headline in USA Today |
|
If the race stays even until then, a survey over the final weekend should indicate the crucial final swing in preference. They got it exactly right in 2002, unfortunately.

When the polls in Ohio close, and Kerry is declared the winner of Ohio. That will lock it up for us.

I'm sure glad the Rupublicans have sworn off Trial Lawyers!
Maybe Bush will represent himself. After all, trial lawyers are the cause of all our fiscal problems.
