Call MSNBC and CNN and DEMAND equal time for Kerry. |
|
This, once again is no "policy" speech. It is nothing short of a free hour long campaign commercial for Bush. He bashes Kerry in every other sentence.
CNN: 404-827-0234; MSNBC: 201-583-5000

I left messages telling them I expect to see John Kerry for at least an hour of free campaign time, too. I won't hold my breath.

7. Nice to see people as a backdrop, not more propaganda wallpaper. |
|
Real warm responses for real people, doesn't sound like "canned" recorded responses like at Bush's sitcom.

11. yes Kerry was fantastic. |
|
He didn't quite get equal time--he got about 5 minutes less than the president and they cut away from him twice (they said--oh--that is just his opening remarks--we will come back after a commercial).
Still--it was pretty close to equal time--probably not bad enough for me to complain about (because there are so many worse things to complain about).
Where I am, CNN did not show either speech--so that was equal--no one got air time. The stations that showed Bush all showed the Kerry rebuttal. I flipped around quick to see it.

5. Be sure to ask to speak to the boss... |
|
You have to speak to the highest up person that you can find. Be firm, and authoratative and direct, but polite...
I will call when I get home myself...

9. And Shrub pulled this same shit a couple of weeks ago remember- |
|
claimed he was going to deliver a "major policy speech" but it turned out to be just his standard stump speech. So why were they so fucking stupid to cover it LIVE again today? And what prevents Kerry from announcing that he's going to air a major policy speech and pulling the same crap? Oh, that's right. . . they'd never let us on the air again if we pulled that kind of shit. Liberal media my ass! Fuck 'em all.
