There is no doubt in my mind the statement was actually made, and it has serious meaning. It is proof, as if any further proof was needed, that the criminals of the '00 Coup knew perfectly well Hussein had neither chemcal nor biological weapons in his arsenals, and deliberately lied to the people and the world when they said otherwise, for had they really supposed such weapons were available to the Iraqi dictator, such a statement could never have been made.

Bush made the statement knowing that there were no WMDs to harm US troops. However, he is so stupid and arrogant that he never thought about people fighting to save their own country from invaders.
