Bush-Cheney-Rove to replace the Bald Eagle as the symbol of America?

Bush-Cheney-Rove announced today that if elected they would change the symbol of the America from the Bald Eagle to a condom because it more accurately reflects their view of America. A condom allows for inflation, halts production, destroys the next generation, protects a bunch of pricks, and gives you a sense of security while you're actually being screwed.
