Kucinich is the candidate that will rescue our civil liberties from the hands of fascists. Do we choose to let these "Patriot" Acts continue or do we the people make our voices heard?

Dennis Kucinich continues to be the strongest attacker against this administration from the start. He truly is the voice of the people and he has the integrity and passion on serious matters to return the country to where it should be.

The government will feed that information into databases and produce profiles on all passengers. And the databases will be secret, and therefore no one will have any idea why they would be given a specific security level."

Who's on the right side of this issue, Kucinich or Clark?

Retired Gen. Wesley K. Clark helped an Arkansas information company win a contract to assist development of an airline passenger screening system, one of the largest surveillance programs ever devised by the government.

Starting just after the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attacks, Clark sought out dozens of government and industry officials on behalf of Acxiom Corp., a data powerhouse that maintains names, addresses and a wide array of personal details about nearly every adult in the United States and their households, according to interviews and documents.

Clark, a Democrat who declared himself a presidential candidate 10 days ago, joined Acxiom's board of directors in December 2001. He earned $300,000 from Acxiom last year and was set to receive $150,000, plus potential commissions, this year, according to financial disclosure records. He owns several thousand shares of Acxiom stock worth more than $67,000.

4. Why I'm proud to support him

I've heard it said that the old laws were 'antiquated' and needed to be updated, used as a justification for upholding parts of the Patriot Act. What would make this claim resonate with me is if someone saying this would then delineate those things that need to be maintained from the Patriot Act, and then commit to either removing everything else from the Act, or repealing it and passing a separate bill containing these needed changes.

Since many of our leaders somehow allowed a small part of Patriot Act II to slip under their radar in another bill, I don't have much confidence in them on this issue, and hearing the claim that they'll review it is not enough, IMO.

Does he believe that Name Recognition is sufficient for screening airline passengers?

Since he is denouncing, rightly so, this particular plan- what is his alternative to dealing with the problems that are outlined in the various reports on Airline Safety, Homeland Security and Terrorism?
