I didn't realize. I know little about him. I do think that if people thought that their interests could be achieved by voting, then the number of voters would grow. Sorry, no study to present. I'm not sure that all the way to the "far leftist" position is where we'd be dragged but I'd bank it would be left of center.

Senator Lieberman has far better credentials as a Democrat, and a far better record on issues than the person Moore is endorsing.

He was also elected as the Vice President in 2000. (Shortly before Wes Clark began praising the bush Administration, who weren't elected...)

First, I'm a Dean supporter, second, Kerry, third Clark;
but I will say for Clark that everybody has the right to change their mind over time. I think Clark has & I think Lieberman has also. Clark has drifted towards being a Democrat and has become one; Lieberman seems to me to be drifting away from what I consider the traditional Democratic positions, although I view traditional Democratic positions as being more liberal than the party has been recently & Lieberman is still a Democrat.
Lieberman has a record on issues because he has been a legislator. Clark by the nature of his professional experience does not really have a record.

11. Sorry, I can't agree

Four more years of Bush, and Brittany Spears would have been a better choice. Our country and this world cannot endure 4 more years of Dim Son. I wouldn't care if Lieberman said that Scooby Doo was the only acceptable program on television, we cannot endure 4 more years like the 3 we have just been put through. Regardless of which person receives the nomination we just have to be 100% behind him.

I have to believe that God is in our corner by evidence that s/he hasn't created a vacancy in the Supreme Court. Another Scalia or Thomas would make Asscroft feel like a kid in a candy store. Folks that is a nightmare in waiting. He would make Patriot I look like the Emancipation Proclamation and the Bill of Rights rolled into one.

many people don't LIKE Moore especially the more centrist among us. Like ME. I think he's disingenuous and uses progressives to sell his stuff. Now, we get back to the same arguument; what good does it do to criticize the candidate most hawkish on terrorism, which is Wesly Clarks primary appeal as well? My ongoing complaint about Clark is he needs to step up and state he is not soft on terrorism like the other candidates.

He's just asking for it........
