... given the strangeness of the results (especially the disparity between the exit polls and results in contested states), perhaps the people most able to help at this point are professional auditors--people with experience in chain of custody and documentation issues.

If you know people who are professional auditors, it might be worth the effort to get them to volunteer some time to their Democratic headquarters, if they're amenable to such.

There are some definite oddities which might be explained by people with auditing expertise--one of the biggest of those oddities are reports of huge turnout everywhere not jiving with the popular vote totals, which might be a matter of missing votes. That's an auditing issue.
