for the democrats. I thought it would be closer in Florida, but I guess the people in Georgia voted in Florida too. MS and Alabama also voted in florida, so , in reality we couldn't win, because we were at a disadvantage geographically.

there was a 2% jump in new voters, but 18-29 was flatlined from '00, and that really killed us, as they were I believe 56-42 Kerry.

Even if KErry didn't win it I expected much closer. 5% was a surprising margin.

During the Bears-49ers game a so-called psa saying that 4.5 million "Evangelicals" didn't vote for King Dim-son in 2000. The Bible-thumping assholes showed up and voted for further war in the Middle East and to stop "gay" marriage.

This 'record turnout' doesn't equate to the percentage figures of those who voted . Where are their votes ? No doubt huge amounts of Kerry votes were wiped out with a the aid of Diebold and other Republican machines , that have been proven time and again to be easily manipulated .

I thought FOR SURE that there would be a much closer race..I knew it was going to be close but I felt certain we'd see fewer states go red so sweepingly...

Watching this thing was like watching a FLOOD. I'm absolutely stunned.

I went from extreme HIGH to breathless shock. Something is wrong, but I'm still unnerved by the amount of people who DID vote for Bush..
