New Bumper Sticker
The Evangelicals are to Christianity what the Taliban is to Islam.

Ok -- it's too long -- but I'm working on it.

5. I understand your anger ...
but do you think that's why dems are losing people in "red" states?? Calling them stupid repeatedly doesn't exactly make us endearing when we put forth a candidate that might appeal to them otherwise.

Calling all the people who voted for Bush stupid (no matter HOW TRUE IT MAY BE!!!!) "publically" won't help win them back to our side as voters ...

8. They ARE stupid!
They believe Saddam Hussein was involved in 9-11.
They believe that the economy is better than ever.
They believe that gay marriage is a bigger threat to this country than Osama Bin Laden.

Worst of all they believe a lying thieving drunken coke addicted moronic piece of shit is "God's chosen leader"

If that isn't the very definition of mind numbingly STUPID, then I don't know what is.

7. Not a member of the Cult of Christianity.
These evangelicals seem to almost have a cult mentality ... follow the leader no matter where he goes.

I had heard that republicans had sent out flyers to Arkansas and West Virginia telling voters that if they voted for Kerry, he would ban bibles (or some shit like that). :eyes:

10. Look at the facts ......
As I stated in my blog this morning ...

The Evangelicals are to Christianity what the Taliban is to Islam.

If you think that's a little too strong...

1. Read the exit polls, which show - clearly - that their "moral issues" - which mirror the moral issues of the Taliban - were the most important factor in their vote.

2. Read the exit polls, which show - clearly - that they strongly support the Bush's massacre of Iraqi citizens in order to impose our "democracy" on them.

3. Read the polls from the past two weeks (year actually), which show - clearly - that notwithstanding the *facts*, they still believe that there were WMD in Iraq. Read the polls from the past two weeks (year actually), which show - clearly - that notwithstanding the facts, they still believe that there was a connection between 9/11 and Iraq. Like the Taliban, they refuse to let facts get in the way of their ideology.

4. Go browse through the October 31-November 2 posts in the Free Republic forum, where many were discussing how they were going to use force to take back the country if Bush lost the election.
