Another "Dated Dean, Married Kerry" story from Des Moines Register
http://desmoinesregister.com/news/stories/c4789004/23072728.html

<>Pleasant Hill Democrat Coleen Neal said she was leaning toward Kerry, after having toyed with supporting former Vermont Gov. Howard Dean.

"I was interested in Howard Dean, but in the last week he's had a few slips and he's lost a couple points with me," said Neal, a 48-year-old hospital claims clerk.

She said Dean's comment last week that America is not safer since former Iraqi President Saddam Hussein's capture in Iraq was poorly timed. However, she agrees with Dean's point that Saddam likely had little to do with attacks against U.S. forces in postwar Iraq.

"I think he spoke before he thought about it," Neal said. "Nobody's perfect, but John Kerry is a more powerful speaker. I believe in him and I think he's ready."

Hey... this is Kerry's own fault. If Kerry didn't learn from the WoMD, Jessie Lynch, and all the other Dubya lies that the Saddam story Dubya told may not be the whole story, it's his own damn fault.

Showing good judgement is part of what campaign is all about, and Kerry's judgement has led him to support both the WoMD and Saddam capture rubbish.

Makes me wonder what kind of decisions Kerry would make as a chief executive. His decisions have really sucked to this point.

3. Did she take a loan out on her house too?
I like Kerry, but if he's having to sell the house at this point, just to pay his people- the steam is out of his campaign.

4. I dated Dean. Probably a Good Guy. But all was about the campaign.

I felt really burned by how little was about Dean the candidate.
It was all activity to beat out the others and being high on
slaming Bush. The last straw was revelations that the "progressive"
image projected by the campaign was really different from the Dean
of Vermon. I smelled a rat with Bush's crap on Irac. I also smelled
something wrong with Dean's rhetoric.
