on CNN who apparently wrote the original story. He said there's no hard evidence, but there is the perception of wrongdoing, and Annan should resign.

How about the Chimp? Lying about WMD's, etc, etc. That's not even a perception, that's real. Why didn't Rummy resign when he was asked by Kerry and Bob Graham, and I don't know who else.
