Wow - did you see how LYING Danforth was in his statement?
Just aired briefly on the Newshour. He is incredibly tense, he's visibly shaking his head in denial of what he's saying, and his excuse is so LAME it's patently false. "What's important to me right now is my wife and my family, and I just want to be closer to both." Unless he has a terminal illness he prefers not to reveal, he is LYING. Am I right?

3. yeah - well either he has no kids or they are grown
b/c all he could say was "my wife and home" - VERY lame and he is SO uncomfortable saying it. VERY defensive. LYING.

7. No, I didn't hear that but I don't think he was as "loyal" (controllable)
as Condi so I doubt Bush was really going to go there.

They did say that the WH was "blindsided" by the resignation.

9. It is my understanding
that he is not in agreement with the * administration's position on the United Nations and the oil for food investigation. I think this administration is trying to bring down the UN and I don't think Danforth was in agreement.
