(Breaking News)New Insurgent ID Procedures to Debut In Fallujah
BSP:Centcom spokesmen in the Fallujah Province Command have confirmed new Insurgent ID programs developed near the Massachussetts high tech corridor of route 128 will be imported to Iraq in December.Brigadier Harlan F. James has endorsed the new technique which requires that suspected insurgents be bound hand and foot and tossed into the Euphrates River.Insurgents will float while innocent parties will sink.The pilot program was tested in Salem Massachusetts in 1630....

3. Unfair to Salem!
Even the people of Salem knew enough to reject trial by water as superstitious and unscientific. They were determined to accept nothing less than eyewitness testimony!

Sure, it was eyewitness testimony from hallucinating teenage girls, but nobody's perfect. It still puts them several jumps ahead of our current faith-based government.
