A prediction regarding Bush/Cheney

I was talking with a friend of mine who lives in Seattle the other day and we started talking about the election, fraud, recounts, etc...

He was telling me that he has a friend who is a psychic and he is very accurate with his predictions. Now, I'm not to confident in predictions but this is one that I would like to see come true. My friend told me that the psychic predicted that Bush and Cheney will not serve their full term. He said that "it will be the first time in history that a President and Vice President are forced to resign."
He wasn't sure of the exact reason but felt it had something to do with 9/11.

In my fantasy world, I have stopped imagining that the Plame scandal is what brings down the Bushies. (Too unrealistic.)

I now fantasize about Bush and Cheney being outed as believers in John Titor who are trying to bring about the events they believe were predicted by Titor.

...hit them with this: a recent poll shows 57% of Brits think taking military action to oust Saddam was wrong, and yet British troops (who by the way have a smaller ratio of soldiers to Iraqi civilians than the US*) suffer fewer casualties statistically.

Compare that to 47% of Americans who oppose the war.

It's true, there's no way around the argument even if you look at past polls. If dissent causes deaths as freepers claim then there should be a lot more British casualties, because the British have opposed the war in far greater numbers than Americans have.

Give me the reality-based community any ol' day of the week. ;)

Edited to clarify: the ratio of British troops to Iraqi civilians in their areas of control is smaller than the ratio of US troops to Iraqi civilians in US-controlled areas.

The predictuion was from two psychics, and the one said that the Election was "definitely" Kerry's. And that Bush would be 'no longer connected to any power by early 2006.'
I hope we don't have to wait that long. At the rate things are going, I don't think this nation or the world can endure even a year more of the present Administration.
Although I have noticed that Kerry is surrounded 'numerologically' by the number "7." And oddly enough, December 13 is a "7." January 6 is a "7." And the year 2005 is a "7." Curiously enough, January 20 is NOT a "7"...although another day near that COULD be...if the Inauguration needs to be slightly delayed due to Electoral dispute. Though if it IS delayed slightly, that would see Kerry serving "7 years" (assuming he's re-elected...as I feel he would be).
By the way, the earlier psychic predictions said that 'Kerry would be bringing to this nation and the world great Peace.'

Even though the above may be something, or nothing...I remain optimistic!

and there are ways you can legitimately see the future, all of us can, by the energy. what we do today creates tomorrow. anyway, before the election when it looked like kerry would win, i had a person saying no, that in the numbers of the two, kerry owed bush a debt and bush would win getting pay back for debt. as much as i didnt want to hear that, this person is pretty consistant and clear up to the end said, nope, bush would win. not cleanly but would win

i have had a number of people see they will not last more than two years though. these are people that have no interest in politics, this is what they do with their lives. so interesting you have someone coming up with this too

Many of us don't believe bush has ever gotten sober. He is at risk for pancreatic and/or liver cancer, both conditions usually rapidly fatal. I posted one on the board a couple of weeks ago. I do not think Cheney will serve the full term. I think this is planned though, it is strategic

The Repubs want a strong leader to elect in 2008. A Repub with experience at this point would have a much greater advantage than any democrat we could offer

By placing a NEW VP in office, they would have an 'incumbent' to offer up in 2008. Putting them in a better position

We all know Cheney will not/could not run for the office. So in a way he is a 'lame duck' vice pres. They can use his ill health as an excuse for him to resign

I have been saying this for months now.....ever since the media first asked the question of whether or not Cheney would stay on the ticket. It was clear to me then.......of course he will stay on for now. To dump him would be admitting some sort of weakness, pointing to some kind of guilt. But if they win, he will resign after the inauguration

And Waaalaaa! A week or so after the election, Cheney gets weak and winds up being rushed to the hospital

I didn't expect Cheney to be hospitalized one week after, but that gives them a great cover. Like you said, they can dump him now w/o any guilt, and at the same time have essentially 2-3 years of free campaigning for the VP who will be the 2008 candidate.

They need to groom someone for 2008. What better way than to give that candidate 2-3 years of free advertising as the VP. Cheney's health gives them the perfect cover, as he can resign without the administrations admitting he was wrong. If I had to bet now, I would bet against Cheney staying all 4 years. Bush resigning would be a bit more of a stretch though.
