TIME wins the Yearly "Keen Grasp of the obvious" Award. Bush is not just man of the year ... BUSH IS MAN OF THE ERA. He is the most important world leader since Reagan, and this was his pivotal year. I almost wish they'd pick someone else, like Michael Moore or Zarquawi .... just so we could call them the dunces they are. :-)
