This is about a half and hour and it is the video of Reid and Dorgan announcing the plans to provide oversight of what's going on in Congress.
Dorgan uses charts at the start with a list of questions and makes sure to name a few Republicans who have also asked questions about what's going on.
At about minute 25 they get into the Warner hearings on the prisoner abuse scandals and say they were basically allowed to sputter out.

Their first hearing will be on the no-bid Iraq contracts.

This is a suprisingly strong presentation by Dorgan and Reid and well worth watching.
