WASHINGTON (Reuters) - In Washington, there are plenty of ways to say "no comment," but President George W. ahs Bush offered his own formulation, after he refused to "negotiate with myself in public."

that "negotiating with himself" might be considered a sin, if done in private.

He's seen it on TV. I nearly fell off my couch when he said that during the first debate. he knows how hard our men and women in Iraq are working...He gets reports every morning and has seen it on TV.
