4. I heard the names of the military units on ABC

News tonight but don't remember them. One was from Maine. Also, some Brown and Root employees were among the dead. Maybe a search of ABC might give you add'l info.
Edit: It takes 24-48 hours to notify families so some don't even know yet. This probably means the names won't be released for awhile.

I'm a journalist from a small town that has already sacrificed one soldier for this war.

Every time there is a death I cringe.

Obviously I cringe a lot.

If RPG-7 rockets were used a 500 meter radius should have been secured. Ask how accurate whatever rockets used and distances required...Why this accuracy ?

as even the Russians were doing IF this were an RPG7. News tonight said the 'rocket' had ball bearing sized shrapnel.

I just want our guys OUT OF IRAQ after these elections. Let them have their civil war...the oil won't be going anywhere and we can always be invited back for another go around.

Also, if a mortar shell-- the DoD can backtrack this (see http://hypertextbook.com/facts/2002/NickishaBerlus.shtml ) and find out where that shell was fired from ... possibly from 3 miles, but that amount of exactness, hmmmm dumb bad luck.
