separation of government from corporations?
Maybe a law that anyone in government caught taking "incentives" from corporations could be sent to Gitmo or something?

4. Fundie hypocracy

This is probably obvious, but here is a gleaning from the fundie universe:

1) Preaching about God in schools is good, even if people are uncomfortable with it.

2) Teaching tolerance of gay people in school is bad, because fundies are uncomfortable with it.

7. Yes you can. Fourteenth Amendment. Equal Protection Under the law.

Right now you have various business organizations, like the Chamber of Commerce, which work far too closely with government. Private sector goes in and out of government positions like a revolving door and one of the effects is that laws are slanted to benefit corporations and large landowners. Most of the changes have come through property rights, but Tort reform, which limits awards to $350,000, is another example. What you have is special interest groups getting better representation than individuals. In essence, a violation of the Fourteenth Amendment.

Why would want to fight for their own death?

the "church" influences politics so much and we can't even tax them. There is little seperation now. So far no penalties for chruch influence of government.

We love money. And have elevated corporations into personhood. As persons they cannot be alienated from our Constitution. Good trick, eh?
