between Al Quaeda (sp) and insurgents and innocent people caught up in the furor? Watching the Gonzalez hearing and he keeps saying the Geneva doesn't apply to Al Q terrarists but does apply in Iraq. Do A Q wear buttons or something so that they know that torture is OK for them?

They can't. Its a matter of how we designate them. If we say you are Al-Queida, then you are Al-Queida!
