I'd call it the New Progressive Party (The Progressive Party of the last century was one of the most successful of our third parties, running TR for President in 1912)
Our platform would be : people first, not corporations: supporting the Constitution: cooperation with all nations to build a better world.
People first would mean that government would be used to help all the people, not just the rich or powerful. Social Security would be strengthened, and taxes would be progressive, not regressive. One of the main goals would be to create new jobs via innovation-one being a call for cheap, renewable energy. Professional lobbyists would be banned, no more 'revolving door' between government and corporations, and elections would be fair and honestly reported. No one would be detained secretly and all would be given a speedy trial. Freedom of choice and freedom of (or from) religion would be strictly enforced, and the separation of church and state rigorously defended.
We would re-enter into treaties with the rest of the world, including signing onto the World Court, and would NEVER start another preemptive war.
