Question, can the Dems who voter "yea" in the Committee change their |

vote on the floor? Wasn't the Committee vote a vote to take her nomination to the whole Senate?

She is still going to be confirmed, I still think it is a wasted fight.

The committee vote is not for or against the nomination--the committee vote is to send the nomination to the full senate for an up or down vote. If a senator believes that a nominee deserves a floor vote but not to be confirmed, she should vote yes in committe and no for the confirmation.
