Looks like the Washington Times wants Seymour Hersh tried for treason.
Tony Blankley does the honors.
find that here:
http://www.washingtontimes.com/op-ed/tblankley.htmSubsection (a) of that statute prohibits anyone "with ... reason to believe that it is to be used to the injury of the United States or to the advantage of a foreign nation, communicates ... to any representative, officer, agent, employee, subject, or citizen thereof, either directly or indirectly, any information relating to the national defense, shall be punished by death or by imprisonment for any term of years or for life."
I am not an expert on these federal code sections, but a common-sense reading of their language would suggest, at the least, that federal prosecutors should review the information disclosed by Mr. Hersh to determine whether or not his conduct falls within the proscribed conduct of the statute.____
Is anyone going to mention to Mr. Blankley that his paper should be the one investigated for treason?
This quote below was also in U.S. News, March 1989. I quote it a lot but most people don't see that it HAS been done, they think there is still a way to turn away, we can't, won't and Tony's benefactor did it.
http://www.consortiumnews.com/archive/moon3.htmlBy the mid-1980s, Moon’s Unification Church had carved out a niche as an acceptable part of the American right. In one speech to his followers, Moon boasted that “without knowing it, even President Reagan is being guided by Father(Moon).” Yet, Moon also made clear that his longer-range goal was the destruction of the U.S. Constitution and America’s democratic form of government. “History will make the position of Reverend Moon clear, and his enemies, the American population and government will bow down to him.” Moon said, speaking of himself in the third person. “That is Father’s tactic, the natural subjugation of the American government and population.”______
Here Tony, here's the latest from around the world on your Sugar Daddy. This is your boss according to the "chain of command."
http://www.koreaherald.co.kr/SITE/data/html_dir/2005/01/22/200501220030.asp The Philippines government yesterday issued an urgent warning to Filipino women against travel to Korea on entertainment visas or for arranged marriages.
Philippine Ambassador Aladdin G. Villacorte warned women to strictly observe their government's procedures in seeking employment in Korea.
"Filipino women should also be extra wary of, if not totally avoid, applying for arranged marriages to Koreans," Villacorte said in a press release.
"Filipinos must be cautious not to fall prey to unscrupulous agents that offer Filipino women travel to Korea through marriage under the Korean Unification Church or through an E-6 or entertainer visas."
The warning comes amid increasing number of complaints being filed by Filipino women on their working conditions where some of them were enticed into marrying Korean men, only to end up in miserable working conditions in bars and clubs. ___
Here Tony, let me tell you who pays the way for your bullshit to enter the public discourse. Yours and Wes's, ...the "free market of ideas?" hahaha
