2. Has to be paying at least the Chief Editors of most major outlets

There is no way all the media can be playing this damn dumb this f#$%ing long.
There has to be huge payouts going out to someone or major threats to these groups or individuals in key positions.

5. My guess is that the media owners are the big winners of the

payola and it's unlikely to be something as traceable as big checks.
There are many other ways to get the money to them, i.e. political
policies profitable to the owners. The reporters who are hired by the paid off owners just know up front what they are supposed to say otherwise they wouldn't have gotten the jobs in the first place.

The CIA has boasted for years that they had the media in their back pockets.

When a topic is chosen, the RNC always has an expert ready to cash in on a book deal -- even if no one reads that book, the book disapearing from bookstores in crates, not by the book, by the crate.

These propagana payments are a tip of the iceberg. And, their stories while exposing the rampant bribery, hides the rest of the iceberg from review.

Money gets slid to journalists and personalities plenty of ways.

In the case of someone like Dennis Miller, he gets a contract for a show few watch. But, it's worth it to the GOP in terms of attack politics. It all spreads somehow.

Endorsement and book deals, too, are something to watch.
