They're debating until 12:30pm, taking a break, coming back after 2pm, for more debate, then a vote some time after that.

What's the over/under? Could we see more than 20 no votes? Rice got 13. Some of the people that you would expect to vote yes have said they'll vote no. 45 no's would be great. But that won't happen.

Just remember; if you grow up as a poor minority, work hard, one day strap your wagon to the Bush Crime Family, and more importantly enjoy torture as a policy, you too can make a name for yourself.

Or learn to play the piani at the age of 3. Always the aspect of one's life that makes them qualified to be the Sec of State.

Hispanic Causus coming out against him gives them some cover as does all the generals who came forward and said the policy was terrible. I'm thinking most of the 13 anti-Rice votes plus a few more.
