They are trading off who will be tough on issues but refusing to stand together in a block. Well perhaps we should act as exoskeletons for them. And if that doesn't work, they can crawl back int o the primordial ooze from whence they came.

5. Well, hell, it could be a strategy. A series of sorties. Never gather

your strength all in one place, that would leave you vulnerable to one large attack... Break up into little bands, always shifting, always on the move...
