What will set off my stomach even more is how many times the Democrats will stand up and applaud for BushShitzsky. Watch as he promises to kill off the Social Security System, FDR reforms, progressive legislation - and in each instance the Democrats will applaud with greater enthusiasm than will the RePUKEblicans.

As an independent voter with progressive views, I remain unaligned politically but vote for the Dems more often than for other parties. While I remain politically inclined this way, I cannot for the life of me understand why Democrats continue to make life so easy for Bush and the Republicans. I have criticized them in the past on this forum and have asked that they change their ways. But they refuse to do so. And until such time as they do, the USA will continue to head in Hell's direction.
