Proposal: Shadow Cabinet

It can be a good idea for the opposition party to appoint a "shadow cabinet" to articulate its views on what the Administration is up to.

My vote for Shadow Secretary of Social Security: Josh Marshall at www.talkingpointsmemo.com. He's really got the issue covered - and he's also got the Congresspeople covered. He knows who's naughty and who's nice.
