USA getting roughed up by Democrats

To the editor:

I am writing regarding letter to the editor published in your Jan. 29, 2005 edition, Peoples Forum, entitled "Name that country."

Now we know why the military people hate Bill Clinton. This would include the Democratic party, as I am sure that they are aware that the Clinton did not do this himself.

I am tired of seeing President Bush crucified for not having enough troops or other equipment for the Iraq war when this all stems back to what Clinton did to balance his budget.

Obviously, Bush will not make this sacrifice to push figures around. It is obvious to me that because of the funds not spent back in the Clinton era must be spent now and so this makes Bush look bad. This is Clinton's fault.

Why doesn't the Republican party get this article printed and inform all citizens of the USA as to what happened. 60 minutes, newspapers, radio, would be a good place to start.

I am thoroughly disgusted with the treatment that our president and our country is receiving at the hands of the Democrats, this goes from Kennedy to Boxer.

3. If Clinton messed up Army, then why did Bush invade Iraq with it?
Should have taken the time to improve it. Oh, that's right, they said there were WMD, so there was no choice.

4. Well there is a part of his letter that brings me JOY
"I am thoroughly disgusted with the treatment that our president and our country is receiving at the hands of the Democrats, this goes from Kennedy to Boxer."

I'm happy to see that we disgust them, since we've been disgusted for the last 4 years at THEIR BEHAVIOR.....
