"Alert" is at the far left at the bottom of a post. If you think the person is a troll. Alert lets you e-mail a message to the Moderators and they tombstone disruptors and delete their posts.

3. They're not praising it as a good speech

They're saying that he gave a good delivery, which I think he did. Hitler gave some good deliveries in his speeches too. That doesn't change the fact that he said horrible things and that he was a monster.
