The State Of The Union In Less Than 30 Seconds (short gif animation)
Edited on Thu Feb-03-05 07:05 PM by DistressedAmerican
I figured that with every other media source summarizing what the president had to say as they say it, I could stand to do the same.

Here's the way I saw it. I'm sure it is just as good as anything coming out of CNN or MSNBC.

Mainly a series of monkey moments punctuated with 66 applause lines and a bunch of purple fingered Repugs zombies hailing their chief. Another gross exercise.

Any thoughts on a quick summary text to go with?

Takes a second to load. Hope it was worth the wait!

4. The Daily Show Was Hysterical In The SOTU Last Night!

The video clips were not up yet as of this post but, keep your eyes out if you missed it. VERY worth it.

I do recommend their segment entitled "G.I. D'oh" on the doll (Special Ops Cody no less!) that was passed off as a captured American soldier!

7. Thanks a lot. I'll check them out.
I'll see what I can do about adding a link for them on my website in the next few days:
http://www.seedsofdoubt.com/distressedamerican/links.htm

I'm undertaking a major revision and re-categorizing everything. It has become cluttered. I';ll add it when I do. Thanks again for the suggestion.
