Two Wes Clark Graphics I Turned Out During The Primaries, Sadly...
they never saw light of day. Just found them tucked away in a folder on my harddrive and thought I'd share. Think of it as a little walk down memory lane.

Remember those great days when we were fighting for Wes and still thought he'd be whipping the hell out of Bush. It was a sad, sad day when he dropped out of the race.

Saw him in NH while up there working to get out the vote. Great speech. I really believed that he was THE GUY out of the seven. I still do.

Any memories to share?

2. I was in Tennessee..Nashville
working on his campaign. He sat right across from me at our table. We were phone banking and he grabbed the phone from the guy across from me and sat there talking to the person for quite a while. We had a VERY nice visit that day. The next day was the Tennesse Primary...he lost and the next day he dropped out. I was driving home to Illinois and heard it on the radio that he was dropping out. Sad. sad. sad. I was SO depressed. We spent alot of time with him, Gert and Wes Jr. that weekend. It was just awesome. We went to a rally, the TN Democratic Convention and then spent time with him at the Nashville headquarters. I still miss him. He would have been a GREAT president.

6. Watched the Superbowl with him last year...
...at a bar in Flagstaff, AZ. It was after he gave his stump speech at the local VFW. His forward team let a few of us volunteers know where he was going to be watching the Superbowl.

I drove from Oakland for the weekend to volunteer after I promising myself I would do so if he finished at least third in New Hampshire. I didn't even know he would be in Flagstaff. I got lucky and got to shake his hand twice and let him know that I drove from Oakland for him. I also told him that I had become disillusioned with both main parties until I watched him on TV and learned more about him. He's even more charismatic in person than on TV.

9. That video is exquisite....
Maybe now that people are not "Supporting" a "running" candidate, some will take the time to check it out. It really does give you better insight on his appeal...cause I think some are puzzled as to why Clarkies are so convinced.

11. Are there still copies around?
I downloaded it to my computer and put it on a CD-ROM, but I have never had a DVD of it.

but that's it. I think that there are some folks who may have a few left from the "parties".

15. Yeah, I still have a copy around from my New Hampshire campaign action.
Now that I've made it through the stages of grief, I should pull it out and give it a watch again.

I second the recommendation that now that the primaries are over, folks should take a new look and see what they think.
