1. The clerics should win
The clerics should win this election which will cause some concerns for Bush. It would be interesting to see if we respected the results of the election if the goverment is too pro-Iran.

2. The winner of the Iraq election will be bush.
Because then for the next four years he can tout how he brought freedom and democracy to the middle east. It will all be lies, but he will say it.

5. US oil companies have to win. They only question is how. We sure
didn't go in there for democracy and the for-sale-papers aren't signed yet because of the violence and no government that can sign them. So how will Bushco fix things to get their hands on all that oil????

6. Sistani will win
and that will be good for us.

I just hope he doesn't get assasinated. He's very important to the Iraqi people and to us too.

13. The slate he supports will win, but
Sistani's not on it, and I'm not sure there are any clerics on it.

Better to be the power behind the elected officials than the elected officials themselves.

12. Not sure, but...
Everyone I talked to voted for number 216. Strange, because I was really more impressed with number 183. Oh well, to each his own.
