Does anyone know how people were identified and who identified them?

I know the majority of the people on the banned list had participated in Dean DFA Meet-ups, as that info was on the list. Still, most people don't post their real names and professions on the Internet. There had to have been some government tool who was able to get clearance to obtain these peoples' names and addresses and employment.

If this is how the regime is using the Patriot Act we are in a dictatorship. The Patriot Act has to be exposed for what it is: A tool for squashing dissent against the cult in power.
