At not answering question.

Example: George Stepho asks him if there are any military operations going on in Iran now. Rumsfeld says, "Not to my knowledge." So Stepho says, "If there were, you'd know about it, wouldn't you?" Rumsfeld replies, "Probably."

uhm...I cannot answer your question, uh because it is obviously not something we would be looking at or seeing at this juncture in time. It's not where we want to be heading. Just to ask that question is to help them defeat us. We know where we want to go, and we are just not going to look or even think about any other scenarios. It's just all hypothetical to think we know what is actually happening because we just don't know. Nobody knows what will happen tomorrow or any other day. blah blah
