Four years ago temporary tax cuts were going fix
Edited on Mon Feb-07-05 08:31 AM by randr
the economy.
Four years later the economy is far worse, given the defects.
Now the tax cuts that put us in the hole are being made permanent and we are about to downsize our nation as if we were on the verge of bankruptcy.
WTF

3. I can only hope your comment is factitious
I my world, people who make personal attacks on the loyalties of other citizens are "un-American". Our freedoms guarantee us the right to enter into discourse over all subjects that effect us. When the "temp" help we hire to run the company puts us in danger, we have the civic responsibility to voice our opinion. My understanding is that is what so many have died for.
It is the people who display a sense of disgust over the current state of American "values" that need to "love it or leave it", IMhO.

"Aren't you, as a Bush supporter, the least bit embarassed about the ballooning deficit?"

6. Yup. They were going to create LOTS of jobs, too.
Now, the Bush/neoCONspirator administration seeks to make "Welfare for the Wealthy" a permanent benefit.

I always thought an American principle was that, those who most benefit from living in a civil society are expected to most contribute to the sustenance and growth of that society.

Nowadays, it's like a free-for-all for those who are extremely wealthy.
