Here is the link to previous ND articles on this. If you had not heard, 33 of 42 on a do not admit list in Fargo were DFA members, yet hardly a word has been said. This is the group founded by the most likely new chair of the Democratic Party, yet not a word in the MSM.
http://www.buzzflash.com/analysis/05/02/ana05001.htmlMy husband and I are proud to be members of DFA. We are proud to be protestors of the war in Iraq. I am proud to have had so many letters printed by my paper opposing this administration. Are we on a blacklist somewhere? Probably. We just found out though that our son with the Jr. after his name did indeed get his passport renewed with no problem. He travels frequently to South America, so we were concerned.
Thank you, Buzzflash, for keep this story alive.

Democrats Barred from Presidential Event in Fargo!
SNIP..."That's right, last week, the White House compiled a list of Democrats to be barred from a taxpayer-funded event in Fargo, North Dakota. Since before Bush took office in 2001, through the "divine" intervention of Nino "the Fixer" Scalia, the Bush campaign has been barring Democrats or anti-war sympathizers -- or anyone who is not pro-Bush -- from campaign and Presidential events alike.
During the last campaign, the Secret Service assisted in arresting people in the audience at Bush events who wore anti-war, pro-Kerry, or anti-Bush T-shirts, even if they were not being disruptive. Only Republicans or people who signed a "loyalty" oath were allowed in. At a Bush speech in Tampa Bay more than four years ago, two senior citizens and a gay man were thrown to the ground and arrested for holding up pro-democracy posters. The Soviet-style White House suppression of dissent at Bush events hasn't let up since.
The Fargo event like many others, was a public speech for which we, the taxpayers, footed the bill. Yet, the White House continues to "screen out" anyone who is not a Republican loyalist. This would make Stalin proud.
And don't be fooled about an event that occurred shortly after the Fargo blacklist was revealed in great detail in a North Dakota paper. (It takes a local newspaper to do what the New York Times and Washington Post refuse to investigate, the Orwellian, Hollywood set, stage-managed White House.) An alleged "protester" in Nebraska -- shortly after Fargo -- yelled out that Bush was a liar and Bush told the audience, "We love free speech in America."END SNIP
And here is the forum at the Fargo newspaper, still discussing this event:
