Charles Rangel on CSPAN now sounding great on the budget.
The lady on the show asked him if there was one thing he liked in the budget. He said that he was too blinded by rage to see anything good in it.

3. He is seriously hot today, isn't he. The guy that just called in said
that if there are any cuts in SS, his mom will be homeless and asked Rangle to please shed some light on that kind if thinking.
