Does anyone know ANYBODY who wants Hillary to run?
I don't know ANY Dems that would be thrilled at a Hillary candidacy , yet Gallup says 70% of us want Hillary and she is the front runner! Is this a GOP plant or what?

7. This is just more Rovian sleaze to try to dominate the media and ignore
the Gannon/Social Security/Medicare/Iraq war issues.

9. Lemme check my list of Senators who stood with Boxer on Jan 6th.
Hmmm, I don't see her there.

I do, however, see her on the list of Senators who supported torture by confirming Gonzalez.

Senator Clinton's record speaks for itself.

11. Umm, pretty much EVERY DEMOCRAT I KNOW!
And that's not an exageration. We've all been silently supporting a Hillary run for the White House for some time, and now that 2004 has come and gone, we can all sing it proudly!

:) Hillary '08 :)

21. "She's a Clinton" So?
Who cares who she is married to or what 'her man' has or has not done.

Regardless, there is no way this society will elect a woman in 2008 as President. We are not even close to being that evolved.

Not only is she not electable, Hillary is too moderate and too much of a centrist. Her voting ratings are close to Lieberman's.

18. No Democrat I Know Wants Hillary to Run
No Dem I know wants her to run, and no Dem I know thinks she would win the primaries or the general election if she did run.

20. For President? Frankly,...NO.
Weird thing is,...I am included.

A circle of my female friends talked about "why" we just instinctively do not want Hillary to run.

The final answer we reached: WE don't want HER to get slaughtered. We acknowledged that politics is NOT a rational game but rather an emotional one and, emotionally speaking, this country is a freakin' mess.

22. It's name recognition - Lieberman had 70% in early primary polls
She is making me sick with all her religious talk. I am not sure I'd vote for her as NY Senator if I still lived there. I was for her in her first run. She has no executive experience. Now if she ran for Gov of NY and did that for a term or 2, I'd say sure run Hillary, but not as a first term Senator.
