I don't think I'm violating any posting rules, but if I am, let me know. I don't know if you can import a document to this board or how to so I just copied the text.
I received the following e-mail and attachment below in response to the complaint I registered to the FCC regarding Pundit Payola. Can some sort of similar complaint be lodged re: this Jeff Gannon crap. It is clearly deceptive and if TalonNews is marketing itself as a legitimate news service, perhaps it or GOPNEWS can be shut down.

In response to recent reports regarding potential violations of the “payola” and sponsorship identification provisions of the Communications Acts, the Chairman instructed the Enforcement Bureau to open two investigations: one into issues regarding commentator Armstrong Williams; and the other into issues regarding station WKSE
(FM), Niagara Falls, New York, licensed to a subsidiary of Entercom Communications Corporation.
These provisions govern disclosure and sponsorship identification regarding payments or other consideration in connection with broadcast programs.
