Is there a DU game plan for showing support for Dean?

I'm prepared to donate AFTER it's official, and am wondering if we're (those of us at DU who support Dean's chairmanship) planning to donate a symbolic amount -- I think Kos did this during the presidential campaign, asking people to donate any amount plus a penny or four cents, something like that.

Any other shows of support in the works?

3. I already asked Skinner and he said that there is a little complication

because the next donation period starts on Sunday so they aren't sure how to deal with it. DU needs $$ too. No decision yet that I've seen.

5. There have been some threads

on DU suggesting a donation on Saturday ending in .06 (like $20.06) to show our support to Dean and his efforts to help us win some seats in Congress and the rest of the country in 2006.

Nothing official that I've seen, though.

6. There are many of us who are going to donate to the DNC the day Dean is in

We are branding our bucks by donating in amounts that end in .06 ($10.06, $20.06, $30.06, etc) to designate the next round of major elections in 06. There was a couple of discussions about this.

I'm sure someone will post a thread that day as a reminder. We could nominate this thread for front page.

So, if DU cannot officially do anything, we can still do something as a group.
