3. Inauspicious beginning for these guys. I don't think they know
how activated the base is right now. Misunderestimation on their part.

4. Not Unexpected For Salazar
hell at the Denver Dem Primary Convention, he had to get up on stage and say that he would not switch parties after being elected. Rumors were that he would pull a Nighthorse - Nighthorse waited one whole year....

5. Every time I complain about Salazar on DU
I get flamed. So far he's 100% Republican, I'm waiting for him to prove me wrong.

12. Considering the alternative, though...
Well--I just don't know.

I live in AZ; we have our share of lesser evils aplenty.

14. I'm so pissed at Salazar.
First Rice, then Gonzales & now this. I sent that fricker money & put a yard sign in my yard, too.

Yesterday I received a letter from him requesting more money. Guess what he's gonna get instead? A letter from me telling him exactly what I think. I'll add this little gem to the list too.

Weasel.

6. Jesus. Why can't we for ONCE be pleasantly surprised ...
instead of kicked in the gonads or the ovaries by someone we had high hopes for?

7. I saw that about Jeffords and
was surprised..he usually votes the way I would think a man of the people would vote. Looks like Clinton didn't vote "yes" on this.

8. Dang, and here I thought my donations to Obama's campaign....
was money well spent.

I should have just sent the money to Keyes....at least I would have known beforehand how he would vote.

I guess Obama doesn't qualify as Randi's "Golden Boy" anymore.

10. I see no need to single these two out of the 14 Dems who voted with R's.
Let's be fair. They all deserve our criticism for this vote.

13. I agree, except I think a lot of us had hoped for something.......
different from these two, especially Obama.

It's another let down, one that wasn't expected....at least for me.

17. I mentioned the others at the bottom of my post!
But these two are new, and especially in Obama's case have been lionized. Obama and Salazar need to be told this vote is unacceptable. They are voting against us and for the repukes too often and they have ionly just begun. We need to stop this now. At least we must let them know. Because they are new , they shouldn't be let to get away with it!

15. Now we know who's in big money's pocket. No surprises here.
'We the people' were killed forty years ago but times are changing but it won't be quick and easy. Democracy is hard work and sorry to say the road ahead will be messy. Freedom isn't free but not in the way the freepers think

16. We need to keep track of the votes.
Those who side with Republican interests have to go. I had such high hopes for Obama, but he's no better than Joe "Tongue Kiss Me Georgie" Lieberman.
