I'm not seeing it. Does anyone else.

Of course, it might be because Kennedy is coming up for re-election next year that he's being targeted this way. And his war stance. I think it was O'Reilly on the radio (no spin my ass).

Bill was trying to say that Kennedy is finished, irrelevant, that even Kerry was distancing himself.

Where does he get that. I've seen nothing that would support it.

Anyone else see the Dems deserting Kennedy?

18. I heard O'liely on the radio defending Kennedy today?
He is just a whore, whatever it takes to get viewers. He has no values or ethics.

He said on the radio today that Kennedy was the champion of a clean Hudson River and that basically he did it himself. He said he doesn't agree with everything Kennedy says, but he admires him.

10. It was the Jones Network. On a commerical break from Ed Schultz
They also have Bill on in the morning. So it was kind of unexpected.

Actually, Kerry and Kennedy just appeared together last week, Kennedy hyping Kerry's next run and Kerry hyping Kennedy's next run. Didn't seem distant at all.

The only think I've seen even close is that they don't completely agree on Iraq. But then they're not joined at the hip and often disagree.

50. Is it possible for a radio station to be Jones Network only part time?
I'd never even heard O'Reilly on the radio before until I started listening to this station because they have Ed. I'll pop in for a minute in the morning, hear O'Reilly, then pop back out.

Maybe I was assuming it was O'Reilly. Maybe it was Hannity. I can't even tell you the horror when I realized that asshat was on the radio too. Aiiiiaaah. My local Conservative Radio idiot got suspended for a week, and they put Hannity on instead. My local idiot was infinitely more desirable.

Luckily, most of the time, I don't have to listen to any of them. On a good day, I can get Randi to come in too. Oh happy day.

after that local, and perhaps some more AAR later at nite, but i'm not listening then.

I'd be suprised Jones would advertise for O':puke:lly

Jerry Corsi, the co-author with Swiftee John O'Neill of 'Unfit for Command' is actively considering a run against Sen. Kerry when his term is up.

Corsi is not a Massachusetts native, but says he has already scouted for property to declare his residence there.

Would the people of Mass riot if they tried to steal Kerry's seat, do you think?

14. Dean has the party on the move, re-inspired

I don't think Kerry is moving from Kennedy, as much as he will move to Dean.

Kerry in typical fashon will move toward what-ever is popular. If Kerry wants to be taken seriously he will have to be around Dean, and fight to the end,.. and not give up this time

21. That's just a bit too much Republican talking pointish for me
I don't see Kerry as moving toward what is popular most of the time. In fact, there have been moves he's made that have been distinctly unpopular. He piped up with a speech questioning Affirmative Action that didn't win him any buddies. He targetted a popular Dem in the BCCI investigation that didn't win too many friends.

I think that, as some pundits have said, he is one of the leaders of the party now, and as such is showing unity with the man who may be taking the party in a new direction.

I did notice that Teddy seemed annoyed about the election when he was on Face the Nation a couple of weeks ago, so maybe he and Kerry had a difference over tactics, but Teddy put everything he had into the campaign including his staff so if anybody had a right to be irritated it's him. But he seemed conciliatory on Meet the Press.

I get so sick and tired of people acting like every Democrat is supposed to think exactly alike and say exactly the same thing in the same way.

Some people share Kennedy's viewpoint, some do not, and they don't have to!

I think that "the party should speak with one voice" crap is just a bunch of nonsense!
