***Senate will debate Chertoff nomination on Mon & Tue: Vote Tue***

The Senate stands adjourned until 12:00 p.m. on Monday, February, 14, 2005. At that time the Senate will move to Executive Session to begin consideration of Calendar #10, the nomination of Michael Chertoff to be Secretary of Homeland Security.

Under the previous order, on Monday there will be 6 hours of debate, equally divided, on the Chertoff nomination.

***The unanimous consent agreement on Chertoff also calls for debate on Tuesday from 2:15 p.m. until 4:00 p.m., with a vote on confirmation at 4:00 p.m.***
