A question about "Gannon" and Karl Rove.

One of the questions "Gannon" asked at a press briefing wasn't a question at all, but a "comment" from him (like anybody was interested in what he thinks) about protestors who encircled Rove's home. I don't have the date or the particular quote, but someone who has been following this likely does.

Two questions spring to my mind about this comment.

1. Do we know if there was reporting of this event in the larger media? If not, how did he know about it? Maybe he was there at the time? Maybe Rove told him about it? Either of these possibilities suggests a direct link from the WH to this guy.

2. Could there be a police report or some record of the event from local police about the event? It seems those would be subject to FOIA requests, whereas Secret Service stuff would not be. Could make for some interesting reading. Anyone know where Rove lives???

1. I think I saw the information about a protest on BuzzFlash,

giving Rove's address. Also, I saw somewhere an account of his reaction: he was quite upset, so I think this is a dead end.
