6. So when you click submit referendum vote and it clears

everything does that mean that it accepted your vote? Because I've had real pain in the ass time at that site before. Its possible that I've signed it several times because in the past, after prassing submit referendum vote it pauses like its thinking, but none of my info is cleared. I assumed it wasn't taking my vote. So if it cleared was my vote counted this time?

The number of respondents didn't change, nor did I get a 'thanks for your vote' screen. The info I input remained there, so don't know if this site is working. But I tried (again?)! :silly:
