includes a memo that states that Osama might attack using planes as suicide missiles. Rice said that no one could have imagined this. She has been exposed. Where is the outrage? This story should be blaring across the nation and the world. I heard on AAR this morning that it says Osama could use planes to attack on US soil. I googled and found a few articles about this.

The memo mentions Bin laden using planes as missiles, and scouting out buildings in New York. Somehow this wasn't specific enough to sound the alarm.

If the memo would have been titled "Bin Laden determined to strike on 9/11 by using planes as missiles, on building in New York." Condi would have said "Well, they didn't say what buildings."
